Ronald Kratz, Chief Executive Officer

In 2024, Ronald became CEO of IFI CLAIMS Patent Services. Prior to becoming CEO, Ronald served as the Chief Commercial Officer of IFI since 2019. Ronald has 25 years of executive management and global sales & marketing experience within the IP sector. His experience ranges from serving as CEO of a US arm of a Dutch publicly traded firm to being a founding member of several startups. Ronald has spawned several unique IP offerings based on his client-centric commitment over his IP career.

David Santamauro, Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

David war zuvor von 2004 bis 2007 Chief Data and Systems Architect bei Thomson Scientific, wo er Verteilte Backend-Suche, Speicherung und Datenabfrage für die Produktlinien Patent Web, MPI, Aureka und dann später für Thomson Innovation entwarf und entwickelte. Janice Stevenson, Executive Vice President, Kundenbetreuung

Janice Stevenson bringt ihre umfassende Erfahrung im Kundensupport ein, um den IFI-Kunden die Grundlagen zu vermitteln, auf denen sie ihre Anwendungen bestmöglich entwickeln können. Sie stützt sich auf ihre frühere Erfahrung als Trainerin, Vertriebsleiterin und Entwicklerin mit den Schwerpunkten Geistiges Eigentum und Patentanmeldungen.

Rosa Alentorn, Executive Vice President, Content-Entwicklung

Rosa ensures that data for CLAIMS Direct clients is of world-class quality. She plans new data additions, works with patent authorities, and leads the editorial team. Prior to joining IFI, Rosa worked for more than 23 years at Prous Science, a drug information provider now part of Clarivate Analytics, as Director of Scientific Information Development. During this time she was responsible for the content and design of scientific and patent databases. She has broad experience leading teams of scientific analysts and chemical data curators as well as integrating data management workflows.
